As a result of the severe weather and flooding caused by recent storms, Polaris is offering a Hurricane Assistance Program to assist government and community service organizations providing relief efforts. Organizations will receive a $2000 discount off all ATV & SxS up to 570cc or a $5000 discount off SXS 1000cc and above.
Requirements and Restrictions
- Hurricane Helene disaster support is eligible in the states of FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN.
- Maximum of 5 discount units per organization.
- Youth & Commercial models are not included in this program. (Example: RZR 200, Ranger Pro XD, Ranger 2X4)
- Hurricane Assistance cannot be combined with legacy fleet, retail sales incentives, or promotional financing, rebates, or coupons. Program not eligible on prior fleet sales.
- XVR, RZR, ATV sold under this program carry a standard 6-month factory warranty. RGR sold under this program carry a standard 1-year factory warranty.
- Promotional warranty stackable for RGR XP Kinetic, RGR XD 1500, & MY25 RGR models.
- Must take retail delivery by 10/31/24.
- Businesses purchasing equipment for resale to qualified agencies and businesses receiving funds from a government agency are not eligible.
Government / Community Service Customers Eligible for this Discount
- Organization must be using unit(s) for disaster relief efforts.
- Federal, state/provincial, county, municipal, and local government agencies.
- Special taxing districts which may issue tax-free bonds (airports, etc.)
- Operating authorities (port, turnpike, etc.)
- North American Indian Tribal Councils.
- Government owned hospitals and state/provincially-accredited schools, whether public or private Government owned cemeteries.
- Government owned libraries.
- Volunteer fire departments.
- Utility companies owned by the government (non-government owned Utility companies do not qualify as government sales. Two or more units purchased by a utility company would be classified as commercial fleet)
- Charity focused non-profit agencies exempt from state/provincial and federal income taxes.
- Hospitals (with 501c3 tax exempt status)
- Non-state/government owned schools (with 501c3 tax exempt status)
- Fraternal organizations (Rotary, Lions, etc.)
- Social service organizations (YMCA, trail clubs, etc.)
- Churches and affiliated organization and agencies (including church-owned cemeteries and non-profit cemeteries)
- Museums, non-profit zoos.
- Amateur athletic associations.
