Best experience I've ever had over any other shop, only place I'd trust my seadoos to be worked on. On top of that Dragon in service does the most thoral work . If you express your concerns he is very attentive , He's very good at getting back to you about current status of your ski too . Couldn't ask for better service in my opinion.

Thank you Mr. Mike Houston and Cycle Springs for helping me getting by 2022 Kymco AK550 Scooter. I purchased the Scooter one (Thursday June, 17, 2022) week ago. It was by chance that I spoke to Mr. Mike Houston when I first called. He was very helpful in all aspects in getting my AK550. from making plans to see the Scooter, to financing, to getting some accessories that i needed, to riding my AK550 home, to make my riding complete. Mr. Mike Houston was very professional, courteous, and very down to Earth. The whole process from financing to prep was very smooth. I've been so happy and joyful in my Scooter. I've already driven her a few times since then. I appreciate that Mr. Mike Houston called me a couple of days later to find out if I got home ok. He checked up on me to see if all was well. Every time i take her out is like the first time. Thank you Cycle Springs and Mr. Mike Houston for making my dreams come true.

On July 9th 2022, I took possession of my new 255 Sport E FSH (Yacht Blue) and could not be happier. I walked into Cycle Springs and met with Chuck Newton back in September 2021. Chuck explained to me the process and made sure to emphasize on being patient with the order. Through out the process and waiting for the boats arrival, Chuck was responsive. Starting in February I would email Chuck on a monthly basis to get an update on where I was in line on the list. Chuck would always respond in a timely manner and throughout the monthly correspondents if I had any other questions, Chuck would get me the answers. By the time the boat arrived and it was time to do the deal there were no surprises and everything discussed was in order. The estimate given for freight in September of 21' was spot on and did not change. The prep fee increased by a couple hundred dollars but I was not surprise as it was discussed in our monthly correspondents. The demo on Lake Tarpon with both Chuck and Service Advisor Michael was great. Michael went over every aspect of the boat while on water all the way to putting the boat back on the trailer. The demo was not rushed and both Chuck & Michael gave me as much time as needed for me to familiarize myself with my new boat and answered every question I had. While the wait was long it was worth the wait. I look forward to my new relationship with Cycle Springs.

I only had $8.00 of parts to order but Jimmy Hamilton made me feel like I was ordering $5,000. Great service, communication and following up! If I was in the market to purchase a new wave runner, I would shop at Cycle Springs.
